Growing up with dogs, cats and horses, Kylee

knew one thing - animals HAD to feature in her future.

 

Pursuing her dream and graduating from veterinary studies in Melbourne, Kylee worked in small animal practice in Canberra and England, before returning home seeking a new challenge.

 

And landing a shelter vet role at Second Chance Animal Rescue, turned out to be exactly what she was looking for.

 

Now with every day providing an opportunity to make a difference, Kylee relishes being on the frontline of small animal care.

 

But it doesn’t end there. When Kylee gets home, she tends to five cats, three dogs, two cockatiels,  two alpacas, one snake and numerous chickens - and yes, they all have names.
